Roster is owned and operated by EMRAD LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Roster, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Roster is a dating diary and social platform designed to help users document, reflect on, and share their dating experiences with a selected audience. Roster is intended for personal reflection and social sharing—not for public accusations, harassment, or harm.
You agree to use Roster: • For lawful purposes only • In a way that respects the rights, dignity, and privacy of others • As a tool for reflection and connection—not harm
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including photos, names or identifying details, and written entries and comments.
You may NOT upload or share: • Nude or sexually explicit content • Content depicting illegal activity (e.g., drug use) • Content intended to harass, threaten, or shame • False or misleading statements about individuals • Personally identifiable information (e.g., last name, workplace, phone number, address) • Images of individuals without appropriate consent
Roster is not a platform for public callouts, "warning lists" or blacklists, or reputation damage. You may share your personal experiences, but you may not present claims about others as objective fact or use the platform to harm someone's reputation.
You are responsible for respecting the privacy of individuals referenced in your content: • Avoid posting identifiable photos without consent • Do not share private conversations without permission • Remove content if requested by the individual involved Roster reserves the right to remove content that violates privacy expectations.
Roster allows you to share content with selected users. However, shared content may be screenshotted or redistributed. Roster cannot guarantee complete privacy once content is shared.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, and permanently ban users who violate these policies.
Users may report content that violates these policies, involves them without consent, or is abusive, inappropriate, or harmful. We may remove content at our discretion.
Roster is not responsible for user-generated content, disputes between users or third parties, or the accuracy of any content posted. Use of the App is at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Roster.
Information You Provide: account information (email, username), profile details (optional), user-generated content (photos, diary entries, notes). Automatically Collected: device information, usage data, log data (IP address, timestamps).
Roster may include content about real individuals. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate privacy rights and is appropriate and lawful.
We use data to operate and improve the App, enable sharing features, monitor misuse and enforce policies, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
With Other Users: content is visible to your selected audience. With Service Providers: third parties (hosting, analytics) may process data on our behalf. Legal Compliance: we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, and protect users and the public.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is fully secure.

Roster is intended for users 18+ only.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services used within the App.
Roster exists to reflect on your dating life, share experiences with friends, and understand your patterns. It does not exist to harm others.
Be honest about your experience. Be respectful about other people.
No Smear Campaigns: do not use Roster to expose or "warn" about individuals, damage reputations, or build negative profiles about someone. No Explicit or Illegal Content: no nudity, sexual content, drug use or illegal activity. Respect Privacy: do not share identifiable photos without consent, post personal or sensitive information, or upload private conversations without permission. No Harassment or Bullying: this includes insults or degrading language, mocking appearance, or repeated targeting of one individual. Speak From Your Perspective: ✅ "I felt like the date was awkward" ❌ "This person is terrible and manipulative"
Before posting, ask: Do I have the right to share this? Is this respectful? Is this necessary? If unsure, don't post.
Even private content can be screenshotted or shared outside the app.
Ask yourself: Am I sharing my experience or harming someone? Would I say this directly to them? Would I want this posted about me?
Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or permanent ban.
If someone is featured in content and requests removal, we may remove it.
All content, branding, design, features, and functionality of Roster are the exclusive property of EMRAD LLC. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. © 2026 EMRAD LLC. We may update these policies at any time. Continued use of Roster constitutes acceptance of any changes.
